Due to an extremely high volume of orders, we have run into a shipping supply shortage, specifically with our heat packs.
Because of this, some orders will have to be delayed until the new shipment of heat packs arrives. This is necessary for the safety of the fish.
We will ship as many orders as possible based on the order they came in. All 4/10 sorority pre-sales will ship as planned.
We will be individually emailing anyone with a delayed order. If your order gets delayed you will be getting free vinyl betta/shrimp stickers in your box when it’s able to ship.
The tentative ship date is 4/17, but we cannot guarantee this date quite yet. We will update this page when we know more information.
